Bromley Road was a difficult project and a serious challenge as due to its location it was necessary to use a piling and beam foundation system to 10m depth, the removal and relocation of trees and to reroute the drainage system. The project included the demolition of the existing 1930 three-bedroom house and build a completely new 5-bedroom house in 24 weeks.
