The job
We demolished a 1940s two-bedroom bungalow and built a modern five-bedroom house on the plot in 24 weeks. Good drawings and a realistic budget made this one run smoothly from the start.
What we built
- Five bedrooms, each with its own en-suite
- Family bathroom with porcelain tiles, bidet and jacuzzi bath
- Open-plan kitchen-diner with island, plus utility room and cloakroom
- Hardwood staircase with glass balustrade
- Aluminium bi-folding doors and windows
- Underfloor heating throughout from a 300-litre Megaflo system, and a speaker system
- Smooth render outside and a large landscaped garden
