Our structural engineer specified that the project incorporate two STEEL BEAMS as it was necessary to remove two load bearing walls. The work involved a completely new kitchen with white gloss units and granite worktops and a beautiful 18mm engineered oak floor. Rewiring of the ground floor, all plastering, plumbing and heating. New woodwork including skirting board, architrave and internal doors with a lovely external UPVC 2m French doors and window to complete this versatile living space.
