Lea Green was a successful project which took eight weeks from start to finish. The project was to refurbish a three-bedroom house with an open plan diner. This required one STEEL BEAM designed by our structural engineer as it was necessary to remove one load bearing wall. We removed the existing plaster and plumbing. Rewired the entire house, applied new plastering, fitted new plumbing and heating, fitted new woodwork, skirting board, architrave and internal doors and fitted a new white gloss kitchen with cork worktop and 12mm laminate flooring and carpet to all the bedrooms.
