This project on West Wickham Road belongs to a famous internal designer Kristina Leonard who requested a professional building company to undertake her project exactly as she wanted. We were the building company who made her dream come true, as she entrusted Smiley building services as her quality builders in West Wickham. The successful project took 18 weeks from start to finish. The project was for a full refurbishment of a four-bedroom house on West Wickham Road which included new kitchen and open plan diner. Removal of a chimney breast, all plastering, plumbing and rewiring, new woodwork and internal doors and a new boiler system and underfloor heating. We installed two new steel beams as designed by our structural engineer to compensate for the removal of two load bearing walls. The new kitchen was fitted with modern, white gloss units with granite worktops. New 18mm engineered oak flooring was fitted over the under-floor heating.
