Project:
The Avenue required full remodelling from the ground floor to the loft. The successful project took just 16 weeks from start to finish. The plans were for a full remodelling of this four-bedroom house. It was necessary to remove two load bearing walls and the chimney breast and the installation of two new steel beams specified and designed by our structural engineer, in order to provide the new open plan diner which is a feature of the property. The property was completely rewired, new plumbing and heating installed and a new 300 litre boiler system fitted. A new modern kitchen with a white gloss, slab finish and solid oak worktops was fitted. The family bathroom was fitted with a free standing bath and the existing floor sanded to create a luxury feel, which sets off the quality porcelain tiles. The skirting boards, architrave and internal doors were replaced and new carpet fitted in all the bedrooms. Work continued outside with new patio slabs and a new driveway.
