Project:
Sandy Burry was a successful project which took eight weeks from start to finish. The project was to demolish a rear conservatory and refurbish a three-bedroom house which included an open plan diner. This required one STEEL BEAM designed by our structural engineer as it was necessary to remove one load bearing wall. We removed the chimney breast, carried out all plastering, plumbing and heating. Complete rewiring of the house, new woodwork including skirting board, architrave and internal doors. The kitchen was fitted with stylish white gloss units, including cork worktop and 18mm engineered oak flooring on top of under floor heating Outside we fitted external decking and a new drive way.
