The first visit
Baz, who founded the company in 2003, comes to the house himself. He'll look at the structure, the access, the drainage and anything that could cause trouble later, and he'll be honest if something you want isn't realistic. There's no charge and no hard sell.
The quote
You get a fixed-price written quote, itemised by trade, so you can see what you're paying for. If you change something during the job, we price the change in writing before we do it. No hourly rates and no surprise "extras".
Planning and paperwork
If the project needs drawings, structural calculations, a planning application, a Lawful Development Certificate, party wall notices or building control, we'll arrange it. We deal with Bromley Council's planning and building control regularly, so we know what they expect.
The build
Baz manages every job personally and is on site regularly. The site is tidied every day, neighbours are kept in the loop, and you'll get regular updates so you always know what's happening next.
Handover
We walk round with you at the end and work through a snag list until you're happy. Building control sign-off certificates go in your file for when you sell.
