When you're choosing a builder to extend or refurbish your home, experience counts for a lot. We've been building in Croydon for more than 20 years, mostly extensions and whole-house refurbishments, and the reputation we have has come from doing what we said we'd do.
What quality actually means
Quality isn't just a nice finish on the day we leave. It's the bit you can't see: foundations dug to the depth building control asks for, steels sized by a structural engineer, cavity trays and damp-proofing done right, and insulation that's actually where the drawings say. A good finish on poor structure won't last. We don't cut corners on either.
Keeping disruption down
Refurbishment is disruptive by nature, especially if you're living in the house. We work hard to keep it manageable: dust sheets and protection down, the site tidied every day, and clear warning before anything noisy or messy happens, like the water being off or a wall coming down.
Trust and transparency
Building or refurbishing a home is a big investment, and you should know where you stand at every stage. Our quotes are fixed price and itemised. If something unexpected turns up once a wall's opened, we tell you straight away, explain the options, and agree the cost in writing before going ahead. No nasty surprises at the end.
It's why so much of our work comes from recommendations, and why we're rated 4.8 on Google. Have a look at our recent projects or read our reviews.
